CAMP FACILITIES: With a beautiful indoor and outside space, the Fitness Farm is a great mix of the city and country coming together. With a large kitchen, dinning hall and classroom space inside and a walking trail that takes you around the property, to see our swimming pool, track, basket ball and tennis court, chicken coop, and urban garden.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: The Forever Fit Summer Camp encourages kids to explore what they like to do. For some kids, physical activity may be viewed as a daunting experience and not fun at all. However, we want children to view physical activity as the freedom to play and participate in activities that they can enjoy throughout life. To accomplish our goal, we introduce children to new “active” opportunities each day. Some are fitness based—yoga, walking, dancing, aerobics, and swimming—while others focus on game play, incorporating new twists on simple activities such as scavenger hunts, fun competitions, and much more.

The Forever-Fit Summer Camp helps children learn to enjoy and favor foods that are good for them by presenting great-tasting choices in a fun, safe environment. Children (and adults) need to understand the importance of healthy foods in the daily diet, but most lack exposure to sound nutritional principles and education about how to adapt and adopt a healthy lifestyle.

FAMILY CAMP SESSION(S): The Forever-Fit Summer Camp emphasizes the vital role parents and caregivers play in their children’s habits and attitudes about health, nutrition, and physical activity. Parents and caregivers are required to attend and encouraged to actively participate in the camp’s once-a-week, evening meetings called Parent’s Night.

Parents’ Night combines nutrition-related activities and lessons from the camp dietitian with healthy cooking demonstrations by professional chefs and dietitians. During combined parent/child group night, kids and parents sit together to enjoy a healthy meal while learning about portion sizes and how to make delicious meals that incorporate a variety of healthy foods.

Family Zumba let’s campers, their family, and friends, workout together at the Fitness Farm. Lead by certified Zumba instructor, Demetrees Hutchins, not only do you get a fun and energizing workout, but she personally understands the struggles of creating a healthier lifestyle.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Since 1979, Skyhawks sports has led safe, fun and skill-focused sports camps and programs for youth between the ages of 3-12.

We offer many different different sports--and countless ways for your child to grow. The camps range from soccer to baseball to our popular mulit-sport camps where kids sample three different sports (soccer, basketball and baseball) in one camp.

Our camps and programs are offered locally throughout over 500 communities. The format includes traditional week-long summer day camps and year-round after-school programs that range from 45 minutes to 6 hours in duration, per day. Our progression of camps and programs, led by our expert staff, are generated toward youth looking for a sport introduction or those who want to refine and master their sport-specific skills.

At Skyhawks we go the extra mile to focus on safety, and we have a long-standing proven safety track record and processes to prove it. For example, all Skyhawks Sports camps start and end with our unique safety process called "Gate System and Parking Lot Duty." This process is where coaches come and greet both parents and campers in the parking lot when parents pull up to drop off their children.

Our staff guide the kids onto the field/court and out of harm's way by funneling them into our gate system. Eye contact is maintained from each one of our staff members until the kids make it onto the field/court where they are grouped by age. This efficient process ensures safety. Additionally, it develops a level of trust between parent, coach, and child that ultimately leads to a fun and skill-focused camp for youth.

CAMP FACILITIES: We have 45 acres of pasture fields, wooded trails, and indoor and outdoor arenas. Housing is in our air conditioned Lodge and cottage. Tennis instruction is on 6 lovely lighted courts at a high school just five minutes from where campers are housed.

Founder Elizabeth Isonhood believes that learning multiple languages enhances our children's minds and gives them a learning and comprehension advantage in all aspects of their lives and future. As a teacher and a mother of six children she has the experience and knowledge of analyzing each individual child's needs to ensure that they receive the absolute best plan possible in helping them achieve their academic goals.

Larry Potter Theater Camp - Join the cast of Larry Potter and The School of Magic!Larry Potter is in his first year of studying wizardry at Hogglewarts school of magic when he discovers that he is no ordinary student. Larry is at the center of a twisted plot to take over the school hatched by Mort Volden and his three headed dragon Xerxes. Will Larry and his brave friends save the day or will the dark arts prevail? Fun characters! Great Music! Expert instructors! Substantial roles for all participants!

Improv Comedy Camp - Create wacky characters, incorporating improvisational games, satirical humor, and comedic timing to develop short and long form skits with hysterical results. Play over 100 comedy games and share your favorite jokes and scenes with friends and family in a comedy showcase at camp’s end.

CAMP PROGRAM INFO: Each camper will receive instruction on the fundamentals of all major strokes and will enhance their skills through repetition, ball-feeding drills, live-ball situations and competitive match play. In addition, campers will be exposed to team competition and match play in singles and doubles. These camps are excellent preparation for anyone interested in participating in middle school, high school or USTA team tennis, or preparing to compete in USTA leagues and/or tournaments.
